Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-performance, scalable applications using Go programming language.
- Architect, design, and implement robust and reliable solutions for complex software problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver quality software products.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and providing technical leadership.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Go programming language and related technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend development using Go.
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Go.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
