We are building our front-line support team and looking for talented and motivated young engineers, who are interested in pursuing a career in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering and Software Engineering in general, to take the journey together.
You will help our users with Lenses, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Lenses SQL, and cloud-based Lenses setups (AWS, Azure, GCloud and more). Do not worry if you are not versed in these technologies, the only things required are love for technology, being technical, friendly and having a curious nature.
Our users are engineers throughout the globe and our clients are the engineering teams of some of the largest, most prestigious and cool companies in the world. As a teammate of the front-line support team, you will communicate with them on a daily basis and be part of their success. You will learn many things and obtain first-hand experience from the best.
Besides support by text (Slack), email and video-call, other parts of your daily —and sometimes nightly— life will include building and maintaining our knowledge database, learning new technologies, assisting with various initiatives within the company, creating technical content and, if you are in for it, minor tasks from our DevOps, SRE, and Software Development teams.
